Grilled BBQ Chicken with Corn on the Cob

Ingredients:
1.For the BBQ Chicken:
- 4 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2.For the corn on the cob:
- 4 ears of corn, husked
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Preparation:
1.Marinate the chicken
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the chicken breasts with the seasoning mix, coating evenly.
- Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight in the fridge for deeper flavor).
2.Grill the chicken
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Put the marinated chicken breasts on the grill. Cook them for 5-7 minutes on each side. The cooking time depends on the thickness. Make sure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
